Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage strategy, content, design, architecture, UX and governance of company website.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of website materials and perform daily maintenance on the site
- Recommend developments to improve or facilitate the performance and function of the website
- Develop new site features, applications and enhancements to existing platforms
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
- Establish and maintain security in all web applications
- Optimise site for speed and search functionality
- Interface with key business unit leaders to direct creative of online business processes
- Fulfill multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Respond to variety of web-related requests across departments. Assist in project management as necessary
- Oversee the work of external agencies, vendors or contractors
- Support in the production and administration of monthly newsletter and other marketing campaigns
- Debug pages and fix broken links and images
- Ensure website content is updated and review SEO/user experience
- Monitor and analyse site performance
- Address user complaints
- Manage URL redirections and optimization
- Support activities regarding new page creation in website
- Ensure GA codes are included in all pages
Requirements:
- Must have creative, proactive and resourceful mindset
- Demonstrates critical thinking and understanding of the digital customer lifecycle
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CMS development & maintenance
- Experience in web content strategy
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics
- Experience in web/personal data collection, compliance and analytics
- Knowledge of monitoring process
- Knowledge of web integration
- Excellent communications and team work capabilities
- Attention to detail and outstanding organisational skill
- Knowledge of design thinking and agile process
- Good project management skill
- Experience in Conducting A/B testing
- Experience in Sitecore XP
- Familiarity with web standards
- Familiar with both iOS and Android development tools
- Familiar with Digital Marketing strategy and tools
